New Irish Pub in the heart of downtown Aspen

Finbarr's Irish Pub & Kitchen is new to the Aspen dining scene for Winter 2011-2012. A true gastro pub with an emphasis on fantastic food. Finbarr’s offers an affordably priced menu of elevated pub food served in a warm and casual environment. The interior of the pub and dining areas are highlighted with dark wood beams and brick walls. Rustic wood tables, a lounge with comfortable couches and a central fireplace enhance cushy leather banquettes. Sit back and relax with a hot skillet of Chef Joe’s outstanding Shepherds Pie and a pint of Guinness. The large granite bar with views of multiple TVs make for a great place to meet with family and friends and catch a game while noshing on braised lamb shank, fish and chips, burgers or a hot bowl of Irish stew. Not looking for a full meal? How about sharing an appetizer of Guinness and Cheddar Fondue or a bowl of hot Kale & Artichoke dip?

The pub features 9 beers on tap with 8 TVs displaying national as well as international sports games, making a great hangout to watch American Football, World Cup Football, World Cup Skiing, Rugby, and probably even a little Cricket.
